About Tai Chi: Tai Chi (Traditional Yang 108 Form) involves a series of slow, gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. Tai Chi originated as an ancient martial art in China. Over the years, it has become more focused on health & promotions, and rehabilitation.

Do you want to improve balance and reduce your risk of falling? Try Tai Chi 

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention has been shown to improve balance and mobility and reduce the risk of falls. People of all ability levels are welcome. This class can be conducted from a seated or standing position.

This is a 12-week program.

Tai Chi for Mobility 

Tuesdays from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Class Description: Designed for individuals with mobility challenges, this class focuses on gentle movements that assist in physical coordination and improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.

This class is designed for beginners with little to no Tai Chi experience.

Tai Chi for Flow & Mastery

Thursdays from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Instructor: Tyde Richards

Location: Community Health & Wellness Center - 1636 E. Mission Rd., Fallbrook, CA

Class Description: Ideal for those with prior Tai Chi experience, this class refines technique, deepens understanding of Tai Chi principles, and enhances fluidity in movement through guided practice.

This class is designed for intermediate students with prior Tai Chi experience.
