Join the Fallbrook Regional Health District each month for Wellness Wednesday, a free educational workshop series designed to help you make informed decisions about your health and well-being. 

Each month features a different health topic presented by healthcare professionals and community experts. Whether you're looking to prevent disease, improve your nutrition, manage stress, or learn about local health resources, there's always something new to discover. 

Free Health Screenings

Before and after each Wellness Wednesday workshop, attendees can receive free health screenings. 

Available screenings include: 

  • Blood Pressure 
  • Blood Sugar (Glucose) 
  • Body Mass Index (BMI) 

Health screenings are provided by our community partner, Fallbrook Family Health Center.

Bone Health Matters: Preventing Osteoporosis & Fractures

Wednesday, July 29th

Learn practical ways to protect your heart through healthy eating, physical activity, and other heart-healthy habits. We'll also discuss the warning signs of heart attacks and strokes and when to seek medical care.

Fall Prevention for Older Adults

Learn why falls are a leading cause of injury among older adults and discover practical strategies to improve balance, increase strength, and make your home safer. Leave with tools to help reduce your risk of falls and maintain your independence.
