The Community Collaborative for Health & Wellness (CCHW), established in 2005, is a monthly convening of professionals from health, social service, education, and community-based organizations serving the Bonsall, De Luz, Fallbrook, and Rainbow communities. CCHW is a space where ideas become action—uniting professionals to collaborate, share support, explore wellness strategies, and co-create health and wellness initiatives that benefit both the community and those who serve it.
