Living with Type 2 Diabetes?

Our experienced diabetes health coach will teach you how to manage your diabetes and stay healthy. Our series of classes will provide you with the tools you need to live a healthy life with type 2 diabetes.

Dates: Tuesdays - May 12th, 19th, 26th & June 2nd and 9th

Times: English 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM | Español: 5:30 - 7:30 PM

The 5-Week Class Series is FREE!

Learn how to:

• Prevent and treat high blood sugars
• Learn how to choose healthy meal options and how to integrate exercise into your daily routine.
• Understand how your medications work and how to use them safely.
• Share information and learn from others in a supportive environment.

Open to those living with diabetes, and those supporting friends or family members who have diabetes. Or just want to be informed.
