In compliance with state law, we provide income and expense information to the California State Controller's Office annually. Per Government Code section 53891(a), the California State Controller changed the due dates for the Financial Transactions Reports (FTR) to seven months after the fiscal year end.

In compliance with state law, we provide reports to the California State Controller's Office by April 30th. Board and staff member compensation can be viewed on the State Controller's PublicPay website.

Each fiscal year, non-profit organizations with a tax-exempt status under California state law and Section 501(c)(3) that serve the District's residents are awarded Community Health Contracts (formerly known as Grant Program).
