FRHD invests in interest bearing accounts chosen for safety of principal, liquidity and rate of return. The Board’s priority is to manage financial assets of the District conservatively and efficiently so that residents of the District community have access to diversified and contemporary healthcare services and programs today as well as in the future.
Investments are monitored and managed on an on-going basis by the Treasurer and Finance Committee of the District and are reported on a monthly basis to the Board of Directors.
