Mental Health Education
Supporting Mental Well-Being Through Education
The Falbrook Regional Health District offers free educational classes and workshops that help community members better understand mental health, build resilience, reduce stigma, and learn practical skills that support emotional well-being.
Our programs are designed to provide practical information you can apply in everyday life, whether you're looking to support your own mental health or better understand how to help someone else.
Why Mental Health Education Matters
Mental health is an important part of overall health.
Learning about mental health can help you recognize the signs of common mental health challenges, build healthy coping skills, reduce stigma, and feel more confident supporting yourself, your family, friends, and neighbors.
