Olga Gorkovenko is a Finance and Accounting professional with over 10 years of experience supporting operations across corporate, real estate, hospitality, and project-based environments. She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics with a concentration in Accounting, Financial Analysis and Audit.

In her current role with the Fallbrook Regional Health District, Olga oversees finance and systems, ensuring smooth operations, accurate, transparent and audit ready financial reports. She brings a proactive, solution- oriented approach, streamlining processes and providing clear insights that empower the organization and the Board members to make informed decisions in support of the community’s health and well-being.

As proud Fallbrook resident, Olga is passionate about supporting her local community and promoting healthy, balanced habits for her three children, family and friends. She enjoys using local resources, baking bread - even created her own Fallbrook sourdough starter (move over San Francisco!) – and gardening, growing herbs, fruit trees, berries, and grapevines. Whether at work or at home, Olga brings the same care, patience, and attention to details, building a life and a career centered on community, wellness, and intentional living.
