To Stephen, it is important that everyone has access to healthcare, and therefore he works to promote and support coordinated healthcare in the community for all District residents.
Stephen is proud of having served in the Fire Service for over 28 years, including 9 years as the Fire District's Emergency Medical Services Chief. He has been a member of the FRHD since 2010, serving four consecutive years as Board President. Steve also serves as the District 5 representative to the San Diego County Emergency Medical Care Committee. He is passionate about furthering the Health District's many collaborative partnerships to improve healthcare on a local level.
Stephen enjoys fishing and spending time with his family. He has lived in Fallbrook for twenty years.
