Know your risk. Stop by the Community Health and Wellness Center for a free diabetes, BMI and, blood pressure screening. Engage with various communtiy resources and health education information.

Workshop: Understanding Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE’s) & Resiliency

Learn how your experiences as a child may be impacting your physical and mental health as an adult as well as those around you. During this interactive workshop you will learn about the ACEs study conducted by the CDC as well as strategies for building strength and resiliency to overcome them.

*Presented by Fallbrook Family Health Center.

Durante este taller interactivo, aprenderá sobre el estudio de ACEs realizado por el CDC y aprenderá estrategias para construir fuerza y resiliencia para superarlos.
