Hands only CPR training involves only chest compressions and calling 911. Save the life of a friend, family member or stranger. FREE

Learn how to keep a cardiac arrest victim alive until paramedics arrive. Hands-Only CPR focuses on the first few minutes following a cardiac arrest, since the lungs and blood contain only enough oxygen to keep vital organs healthy for that amount of time. Offered to the community at no charge.

This is not a certification course.

Aprenda a mantener con vida a una víctima de una parada cardíaca hasta que lleguen los paramédicos. La resucitación cardiopulmonar manual se dirige a los primeros minutos después de una parada cardíaca, ya que los pulmones y la sangre sólo contienen el oxígeno suficiente para mantener sanos los órganos vitales durante ese tiempo. Se ofrece a la comunidad sin costo.

No se ofrece un curso de certificación.
