Community Collaborative for Health and Wellness meetings meet the third Wednesday of the month from 10:30am - 12:00pm.
For January through March, the meeting location will be at the FRHD Wellness Center, Health Under One Roof building, Room #2, 1636 E. Mission Rd., Fallbrook. For April through December, the meeting location will be at the Fallbrook Regional Health District Admin Office at 138 South Brandon Road, Fallbrook CA 92028.
