Upcoming Fallbrook Regional Health District Events: We will continue to host Cal Fire/Operation Collaboration teams for Vaccination and Testing events at our Community Health & Wellness Center at 1636 E. Mission Rd., on a regular basis. Vaccinations for children under 16 are not offered at these events.
Monday, December 6th and 27th from 9am to 4pm at the FRHD - Community Health & Wellness Center, 1636 E. Mission Rd., Fallbrook, CA 92028. Be aware that our location may only be listed one week before the event.
- Vaccination appointments: myturn.ca.gov (use 92028 to find the event). The Pfizer and Moderna vaccine will be available at this event, including boosters.
- Testing appointments: covidtest.sandiegocounty.gov/healthbook (the event is will listed about 3 days before the event). *NOTE - you will need the appointment number from your confirmation email to access the results.
While appointments are currently not required, we recommend that all efforts to make an appointment be made as we are seeing increased demand for both testing and vaccinations.

If you want to recieve your booster shot sooner, please contact one of the local Pharmacies. Please note that appointments are required and must be made online for most of the commercial chain pharmacies:
