Activities and screenings will be first come, first served. Registration does not guarantee screening appointment. Las actividades y los exámenes serán atendidos por orden de llegada. Los primeros que lleguen serán los primeros servidos. La registración no garantizara que sea atendido. Se recomienda llegar temprano.
El Club de Leones del Norte del Condado de San Diego NO garantiza que todos los pacientes en la fila serán atendidos. Los examenes terminaran temprano dependiendo la asistencia que tengamos. Los exámenes de la vista no están diseñados para reemplazar un examen ocular completo, están diseñados para acceder los problemas de salud ocular y proporcionar anteojos reacondicionados utilizables hasta que se obtengan servicios profesionales de la vista y gafas.
Vision Screenings are First Come, First Served!
FREE Vision Screenings & Refurbished Prescription Eyeglasses - All Ages Welcome
Provided by: San Diego Lions Gift of Sight and CLFIS
Cannot guarantee that all patients in line will be seen. Vision Screenings are not meant to replace a comprehensive eye exam but are designed to access to assess for ocular health concerns and provide useable refurbished eyeglasses until professional eye services and eyewear are obtained.

Free Dental Screenings / Exámenes Dentales
Provided by: Vista Community Clinic
Services are available for all ages: Visual dental screening, fluoride varnish, oral health education, and referral services. It is recommended children get a visual dental screening once they have their first tooth or by 1 year of age if they have not been seen by a dentist. Los servicios gratuitos disponibles serán: exámenes dental y visual, barniz de flúor, educación sobre la salud oral, y servicios de referencia.
Parents will have to complete a consent form in order for the child to participate in this service. Services are offered at no cost to the patient, however, if the patient has Medi-Cal, Vista Community Clinic will bill Medi-Cal.

Free Vaccinations / Vacunas Escolares
Provided by: Champions for Health
Free vaccines for both adults & children will be available. Adult vaccines: COVID, flu, and monkey pox. Child vaccines include: Tdap, COVID ages 6 months+, and flu ages 3 year+. Las vacunas gratuitas para adultos serán: COVID, gripe y viruela del mono. Las vacunas infantiles gratuitas serán: Tdap, COVID para bebes de 6 meses + y gripe para edades de 3 años +.
Champions of Health will not have the NEWLY Updated COVID vaccine available during the event. For updates on when they have this vaccine available, please visit their website here.
